The goal of our ongoing communications program and interactive tools and resources is to go beyond telling employees “what” they should do (advice) to “why” we believe they should do it (education). We strongly believe that the “why” is a key ingredient in promoting healthy investing habits in an investor population that has historically made very poor decisions.
